• What are puzzle points?
  Puzzle Points are awarded for solving puzzles and for creating a free membership. You can redeem your Puzzle Points for Profile Icons, backgrounds and wallpapers. Some ways to earn puzzle points are:

• When do you add new jigsaws?
  We add two brand-new jigsaw puzzles to the site every day. You can find today's daily jigsaws on the homepage. Previous daily jigsaws are listed on the Jigsaw Calendar.
• How do I contact you?

• I have a really great idea for the site. Who can I send it to?
  We'd love to hear your ideas for the site! Please send any ideas, suggestions and comments to us by filling out this form. Note that all ideas for the site become property of the site.

Game Questions

• Can I upload my own jigsaw puzzle photos?
  Yes, you can upload photos on the Uploaded Photos page. Puzzles may be emailed to friends as an eCard. You must be a member to upload jigsaw puzzle photos.
• How many photos can I upload?
  Free members may have up to 20 uploaded photos in their account at one time. Premium Members may upload an unlimited number of photos.
• How long are my uploaded photos available?
  All uploaded photos will be deleted after 30 days.
• How do I pause the game?
  The pause button is located to the left of the timer. Click anywhere in the timer box to pause the game.
• Why is another user's score displayed before mine, even though we both have the same solve time?
  Although it may appear that you have the same solve time as another user, we calculate solve times to the millisecond. The user displayed before your name solved the puzzle a few milliseconds before you did.
• Why do the games tell me I need to install Flash?
  Our games require Adobe's Flash Player version 10 or higher in order to run. If you have Flash installed and still get this message, turn on JavaScript in your browser following these instructions.
• Why won't the jigsaw puzzles load or work properly?
  If you have trouble getting the games to run properly, try clearing your browser's cache following these instructions. If the games will not work, please contact us.

Account Questions

• How do I change my password?
  You can change your password on the account page.
• How do I subscribe/unsubscribe to email newsletters?
  All email newsletter settings can be changed under "email settings" on the account page.
• Can I change my email address?
  Your email address can be changed under "email adress" on the account page. Please note that you cannot change your email address to an address that is already registered to a confirmed account.

Premium Membership

• What is Premium Membership?
  Premium Membership is a subscription program that allows members to access special features such as Full Screen jigsaw puzzles, more puzzle cuts, save in-progress puzzles and customizable settings.
• Do Premium Members get more jigsaw puzzles?
  Yes, Premium Members have access to the Premium Daily Puzzles and hundreds of Premium-only puzzles.
• How much does Premium Membership cost?
  Premium Membership starts at $6.95 per month. You can view all of our Premium Membership plans here.
• Can I pay by check or money order?
  Yes, click here to pay by check or money order. Note that we can only accept checks and money orders that are in US dollars.
• What is your refund policy?
  We offer a 14 day money back guarantee for all Premium Membership purchases.
• How long will it take before my account is upgraded to Premium Membership?
  Typically your account will be instantly upgraded to Premium Membership after you complete your purchase. If it hasn't upgraded automatically, try logging out and then log back in again. If your account still hasn't upgraded to Premium Membership within twenty minutes, please contact us.
• How do I save my jigsaw puzzle?
  After beginning a jigsaw puzzle, click the "Save" button on the left side of the game.
• How do I retrieve saved jigsaw puzzles?
  Saved jigsaw puzzles can be retrieved on the saved puzzles section of the Account page.
• Why do my saved puzzles get deleted after I solve them?
  All saved puzzles are removed after you solve them. This behavior is normal.
• How do I turn on/off rotated puzzle pieces?
  Puzzle piece rotation can be turned on or off when you select a puzzle cut.
• How do I hide the game navigation?
  You may hide the game navigation by clicking on the blue arrow at the bottom on the navigation.
• How do I rotate jigsaw pieces?
  When the rotated pieces setting is on, jigsaw pieces may be rotated by holding the "tab" key while clicking on a puzzle piece or by using your mouse's scroll wheel. Each click will rotate the piece ninety degrees clockwise.
• How do I change my background?
  You may change your background color or pattern by clicking on the "Options" button on the left-hand side of the game.
• How do I play in Full Screen mode?
  You may play in Full Screen mode by clicking the arrow in the lower right-hand corner of the game.
• How do I hide the game navigation?
  You may hide the left game navigation by clicking on the blue arrow in the lower part of the navigation.
• How do I resize the Full Screen window?
  You can change how Full Screen is displayed on your computer. Click on "Options" in the left navigation of any puzzle. Select the "Pop Up" Full Screen option and then click "Ok." Your Full Screen will now appear in a resizeable pop up window. For detailed instructions, please click here.
