This looks very much like the trolly on St Charles Ave, New Orleans. I had a Facebook Memory today that featured that very trolly! How about that. Good puzzle!
I didn't have time today. I am trying to replace the footer on my front door but I can't get the old one out. I had to chisel around the nails holding it in but haven't yet found them all. What a pain!
That sounds like a lot of work. Do you have anyone to help you? Do you know where to go to replace it?

No one. I did this once before when my husband, son and I first moved here. I think I took the door off only to realize it hadn't been necessary. I hope I don't have to this time or I'll need help putting it back. I've been waiting for several days in a row with no rain and when I am home. It has not been easy to find them. I think I have all I need to do the job but T-storms are due tomorrow afternoon and I surely won't be finished if I start in the morning. I'm just going to prepare the moulding I just bought to replace the old moulding. I used to be so confident about doing stuff like this but now that I'm older I am not so sure.

I sent the info to a place online. Will have to wait to see if anyone is willing to do this for me. Getting anyone to do small repair jobs is getting harder and harder.

I hope you can get it done soon. You are brave to tackle that by yourself. Good for you.
When I was young my Grandma and I took the old fashioned steam train from Iowa to Colorado to visit family. That was back around 1963.We stayed a couple month. Everyone thought I would be home sick but I was having the time of my life. I was about 11 or so. This is a pretty train. I don't remember any color on ours.
