How does it taste like and how to cook it. It looks like a kind of melon for cooking soup.

Easiest way...cut it in half from stem to bottom. Scoop out the seeds. Poke the inside with a fork. Mix about a tbsp of softened butter with a tsp of brown sugar. Spread it around the inside. Put on a baking tray cut side facing up and bake at 350 F for 1 hour. Delicious. Or check out recipes on the web.

I just copied and pasted your recipe to an email to myself! I have always used maple syrup and butter but this sounds good. Thanks!

Great puzzle! Really like it! I have a Zuchinni that is going to turn into bread next week. Going to be fun! It's 10#'s so the rest will go into the freezer for the winter!
