Really like puzzles that are colorful. There are 2 different Alamo Square puzzles. Did the other one awhile back. It was the one with steep road in front of it.
I love Victorian architecture, and bought a similar home myself 32 years ago. I could not possibly stand having a house so close to the neighbors' with no sunlight entering on either side. But that is common in large cities. I prefer a small village any day, and I have lived in both situations.
I had to laugh at your observation jas6415. I would love to see the inside of one of these painted ladies. Have been to Frisco many times and love the atmosphere. Love, love, love to vacation there.
I love seeing the old Victorians in San Francisco. Trying to watch traffic, street signs, pedestrians and buses can make it hard to see the houses in between. I once took a Grey Line Bus tour of the city so I could actually see it without all the distractions.
God bless you all.
