I make zucchini, summer squash soup. It is sooo very good. It is one # zucchini, one # summer squash a carrot, cut up and put in pot add 3 cups broth(any flavor) cook till done and I mix mine or you can puree, then add 8oz cream cheese and eat! Season to taste. Being from the south I love Creole and Cajun. We eat it a lot made right from our garden.

We are in Michigan, Casnovia. It is about 30 minutes north of Grand Rapids. We winter in Alabama. Leaving about Jan 2 to Orange Beach. We stay 2 1/2 months.

I enjoy doing the curvy cut. It is just so hard to find the curves! It just had me thinking about "Twiggy" in the 60s. Why in the world would we have wanted to look like her?
