This reminds me that I love baked apples! Haven't thought about it lately. Going to buy some the next time I go to the grocery store. The ones pictured here look like they are Delicious--not the variety that bake well. I will buy a different kind. To bake, take the core out and fill up the hole with red hot cinnamon candies. Stick 'em in the oven in a pan with a small amount of water in the bottom of the pan.
