This one makes you wish you was not on a diet, but it is the best way to enjoy them no weight goes on and you have had the joy of putting them together. thank you for this one team.
They look tasty, although usually when I've seen muffins, they're baked in paper cups. The person who made these went through a lot of trouble making these, plus adding the ribbons. These aren't muffins that someone can take out of the house, like for lunch - you don't want a bunch of broken ramekins. When I've seen ramekins used, it's usually been for crème brûlée.
When ramekins are used, they are usually well greased. The muffin, if well cooked on the outside, will slip from the ramekin when turned upside down. Now, where's my cup of tea to go with one of these muffins!

Those ramekins could have been used because she was entertaining or giving them away as a gift. I've made Banana Bread and Creme Brulee. They look very yummy!
