Two Adirondack chairs are set looking out over crystal clear water. The vibrant colors and beautiful sunny weather make this online jigsaw puzzle quite inviting.
Ahhh!!! The beach, so much better than the snow we're getting again. This weather is really starting to get on my nerves, Looked out the window when I went to get coffee ( 4am ) and I couldn't believe it was snowing again. Well I guess we're all having an early morning here. I awoke at my usual 1-2am, my hubby just got up, then our son got up. At least I didn't wake my hubby up laughing at something you wrote Aussie. Have to see my surgeon on the 5th, hopefully he will tell me I can take this brace off. Back is still hurting, not as bad, but no feeling in my left leg and foot. Oh well guess I'll hang in there since I don't have any choice. You all be safe and stay well.
Hi Darambo, I can empathise about the weather. We are a month into autumn already and still having to use my aircon at night. Seems the seasons are changing. How on earth do you walk with no feeling in one leg?? Hope your visit to the surgeon is fruitful and things will improve for you. Take care. Loving hugs.

Aussie things went so well at the doctors. I get to take the brace off part of the time. Have to wear it if I'm bending a lot or if I have a lot of pain or am riding in the car. He also said IF any feeling comes back will take at least a year because the length of time it was injured. I wish he would have told me that before the sugery, I might not have had the surgery. I spoke to soon about the weather, it's raining again, oh well better than snow! Hope things will cool down for you. Take care " sis" and be safe.

Hi darambo, so some good news and will probably feel like taking a corset off lol. It has been showering here but not enough to do any good, except for the weeds!!! I am having an area paved under one of my pergolas - unfortunately the weeds just grow up between the pavers and it is all too much for me. So some friends will be here shortly to take up the pavers and the work will be done on Wednesday. I had it done in my front outdoor room and it has made such a difference. Would like to stay in my home for as long as I can but the garden is just becoming too much for me. So happy for your good news. Hugs from your "big sis" :)
I did this one in the 56 curvy, my first time for trying that cut. I liked it a lot! lol I was just "putzin'" around checking out what the different cuts looked like, and when I glance at this one, I found 2 pieces that clicked, and that's all it took, I was hooked!
Nice to see others using the different cuts. Since I changed over to the Dynamic version, I haven't done the 56 Curvy. Just can't seem to master it and it causes frustration -- something I really don't need nowadays. But I love doing the 192 Classic in the Dynamic cut. I was getting my times down to14-15 minutes in the Standard version, but it now takes me 25 to 35 minutes in the Dynamic cut. Just about right for a break in the day or evening.

I do not see a Dynamic cut, but did the 56 curvy just to try it. Good stuff! Thank for the heads up!

Taffi, I've done another 56 curvy puzzle and I'm starting to think it may become my favorite cut.

I've been doing the 192 classic for a while now, probably finished 6-7, and started a couple more, but just couldn't do it. I haven't heard of the dynamic cut. Is that a step above the premium membership, or have I just missed something?

What is a dynamic cut? Are the pieces turned around or does is the picture animated? When I first started doing puzzles before C4J became "home" I happened on a site where the pictures in the puzzle pieces moved. I did an underwater one that was wonderful. Don't know where that site went. It would be fun to do one of those now and then.

Thanks, Kevin. I feel challenged enough with some of the photos. That close up of the magenta chrysanthemum fit the bill just fine. I do hex so I don't use shape to solve.
Me too, back in the 30's after yesterday at 70! The teachers are protesting for better pay at the Capital here in OKC! They rank 50 for pay! Daughter is teacher. We have been watching the live TV of the protest and I'm getting a late start today! Lots of people at the Capital!

Just saw that on the news. My husband was a teacher in the Catholic Schools. They pay thirty percent less than the public ones so you can imagine we empathise. Luckily their retirement fund is better than their pay.

I agree about the pay. I taught for 35 years in Florida schools. Pay here isn't very good either. We did walk out one time, back around the 70's sometime. I stayed out for 3 days. They had parents take over then. What a mess when I got back. However we did get a raise--not much tho. I saw OKC in the news and said "Good for them! ". What would people do without teachers--or firemen, police, etc. All the important ones are the last to get a pay raise. Terrible!
