Makes me feel less claustrophobic with all this lock down stuff. I can pretend we are still going to have our summer getaway. Hmm. West Virginia. I'd have guessed Maine. Those look like wild blueberry bushes.
I must confess that even if I get to heaven (which God told me is "Much more beautiful than this" referring to an especially pretty stretch of road we were on at the time) I am afraid of it being so different from earth I will always feel lost. I do love nature here so much.
Pixi, I think the views we'll have in heaven will be crystal clear, in wonderful colors and absolutely unblemished in any way. We'll meet there one day and have a wonderful hike together.
Such beautiful countryside, must be great to live there.
"There are two primary choices in life: to accept conditions as they exist, or accept the responsibility for changing them." ~ Denis Waitley
There's no point banging your head against a wall. What you resist persists even more, so if you don't want to suffer, accept what is as it is. Or you have another choice...if you can see a way then take responsibility for making it better, the best you can. That's not complaining about it but doing something constructive. Life gets better this way, and simpler. ~ Peter Shepherd
I keep thinking PW would comment -The bare rocks seem to be bare of bear....

I am behind in doing this week's puzzles, but today is the day I needed your quote from Peter Shepherd. I'm making some decisions, and now I realize I have been "banging my head against the wall"' Thanks for posting it.
