I didn't read the title --- and just discovered this is bread, not cookies as I thought. My preferences for baked goods is (most to least) ---
cookies, pies, interesting breads, cake.

However, when baking, cookies are last as they are a pain to bake --- filling the cookie sheet one-by-one, in and out of the oven, watching the time, etc.!!!

They look more like cookies than bread. I'm eating a cookie right now. Yummy!

You sound just like me. I could live on bread with any fruit and desserts. I try really hard to eat other things, though. I love bread puzzles because we do not have good, crusty bread where I live, just soft bread with sugar in it. YUK!!

I love bread as well as cookies so it doesn't make a difference to me what the picture might be! Wish there was a bread and cookies diet!
Happy New Year everyone!

Hi KNadineM, I'm in the mood for chocolate chocolate chip cookies, baking some tonight. Care to join me? :)) ;) Have a wonderful evening. :)

Sure, I'll join you. Cheers to you! What are you drinking with them, milk, hot chocolate, coffee, tea? I usually don't like to drink milk straight so I usually drink hot chocolate, coffee or tea depending on what I'm in the mood for.

Hi KNadineM, Having milk with the chocolate chocolate chip cookies. Not hot chocolate as it's too hot for that. Have a great day. :)

I can drink hot chocolate/tea and eat ice cream anytime. Sometimes it's necessary for me to drink hot chocolate/tea especially if I am spending a lot of time in air conditioning since I get cold easily. Ice cream sometimes tastes better in the wintertime while indoors. I rarely do what other people do.

Hi KNadineM, Hot tea is no problem at this time of the year. Love green tea. Our A/C is not so cold that I need something hot to drink. Mostly stick to water throughout the day. Have a great evening. :)

I love green tea too.
Dbnc2, I really wish I was like everyone else who can usually stand it. I sometimes love really hot weather because then I can go outside to warm up.

They do look like cookies, peanut butter cookies. But did you see the cookies in the 10/29 puzzle? Chocolate with candy corn. They look great. :))
KNadineM

Yes, they do look great. Have you ever seen people put candy corn together to make it look like corn on the cob? It looks too sweet to eat but it does look like corn the cob.

Hi KNadineM,
Hope you had a safe, but fun Halloween. I have not seen "corn on the cob" with the candy corn. News to me. That would be too sweet.

Did you have a fun Halloween? I didn't do anything for it.

Hi KNadineM, Our Halloween was quite uneventful. We went out for dinner, came home, no trick or treater came to our door. We are down on the end of our road on a cul-du-sac. Kids don't want to venture that far. My KitKat stayed behind the sofa for the evening. :)) An uneventful evening.

Hi tomandray. Sure have missed our chatting and my puzzles. My computer went nuts "o" on me and tried to have it fixed but was cheaper buying a new one. Sooooooo happy to be back at the keys of my computer. Hope all has been good with you. :)))))))))

Hi Hockeyfan, Yes, I have missed our chats too. I too would be at a loss without my computer. Certainly can't have any stimulating or fun conversations locally, this area is "dead", all my former friends/neighbors have moved away. The two houses to our left had been empty for quite some time, recently have been moved into, but see nothing of these neighbors. Guess it's too hot outside, so they're working on the inside. Will probably see more of them in the fall. :) So looking forward to FALL! :)) Well, have a great evening. :)

Hi tomandray. Glad you got new neighbors. Hope they are friendly and neighborly. My neighbors are super nice. Thankful for that. You have a great evening as well. Good to hear from you. :)

Where's the soup?
Right on about the butter kjd. Need cheese too. and salad. Hold everything else. Could live happily ever after with those.
Love bread with a hard crust and a soft inside--just like a good guardian. Hope you all have a few of those in your life.

Cheese, fresh baked bread with butter, a salad and soup - sounds wonderful.

Hi Globug. We lived in the Catskills for a few years and there was a ski resort restaurant at the very top of the mountain. It would sometimes have a soup and salad night which we could afford. It had home baked bread and assorted cheese. It was wonderful. I don't think it exists any more.

It's a shame when things go "out of existence" and a place you enjoyed. I still remember Shakey's Pizza in Shreveport, Louisiana which was a great place to go in the 60's and always a "war" between the north and south. It was great fun. Probably not there any more either.

That sounds like fun pixipixil and some nice memories too.

I googled Shakey's pizza and it looks like there isn't one in Louisiana anymore aussiesapphire

Thanks for checking globug. Perhaps there will be a shakey's pizza in the sky and one where calories don't count lol. Hugs.
