I had to check Wikipedia to see if I had ever been across this bridge. I don't think so, unless it was when I was pretty young. At one time, US 40 and US 66 went across this bridge. Every year for our vacation, we traveled through St. Louis going to visit family in Michigan and family friends in West Virginia. I vaguely remember the arch when it was still being built.
