This reminds me of the Aalsmeer Flower Auction in Amsterdam. I have never seen anything like it. The auctions go on in glass-enclosed rooms.
The tulips are in buckets on two football field-size floors. As soon as they have a winning bid on a lot, they are taken across the road to the airport and they're on their way.
