Candling catches the eggs with blood, grade B eggs where the yolk is not in the large end of te egg B eggs were also the ones that were packed in the cartons with the small end up because it threw the yolk off and very small cracks in the shell not realy seen by eyes alone
my favorite is scrambled, but I like to have them sunny side up with toast too:)

How nice that you can have chickens. My neighbor across from me has a hen and a rooster. I live in the best spot on our street surrounded by loving people who have adopted me as a grandma. It's just wonderful!
