Thich Nhat Hanh is probably the second most famous Buddhist monk in the world (right after the Dalai Lama), and he is very good at pointing out things you sort of saw but never really realized -- like the power of smiling. I know that, even when I don't feel like it, the very action of turning up my mouth at the corners DOES make me feel better!

Beautiful and colorful butterfly puzzle. Needed that. It's a very dreary day today, humid and rain. Was out yesterday, had a bone density test done, went to PCP Dr., I came down with something overnight. It turned out to be Shingles; just what I needed. Then I had to get some blood work for my RA Dr. came home exhausted and crawled off to bed. Resting in bed today. Hope you are having a good day. :)

Hope you are feeling better. Have never had Shingles and don't want it either. Have had to shot. My sister and my aunt had them and also some friends. You never know. Hope you are having a better day today. 2 tornados struck in Orlando yesterday--south of us. In fact we were in the tornado zone but had hardly no wind at all--weird!

Hi Elijah13,
I did not hear about the tornado in Orlando as I no longer watch the news. Much to depressing and I do not need the added stress regarding shingles. The shingles do hurt quite a bit, but this time around, they are a lot less painful then the July 2010 version; they lasted 3 months...horrible.
Today is a better day. Wishing you a blessed and peaceful day. It's raining and gloomy here so we will be staying in. :) >^-^<

Hi to both of you! Tornado is not fun, we have had them. None this month!
It took me only 25:52 to do this puzzle all by myself.
