This big cheese picture could double as an angel food cake if it had a hole in the middle (I'm talking about this picture--nothing else.) What kind of cheese is it? When I am at the cheese counter in the market, I say to myself: Gouda is gooda, you can't eatem Edam. In my old age I need memory tricks! : )
