So cute. Love the mystery puzzles. You never know what you will be doing. Putting animals down is no fun. However, I also don't want them to be in pain if I have done or had done everything I could. I know they are in heaven watching down on us.
We had to take that final trip to the emergency vet this weekend. On Friday morning our little smooth fawn chi had some neurological issues. Which could have been caused by a brain tumor or because he has had cluster seizures in the past it might have been from that. Either way he wasn't able to walk or just drink water without us being there to be sure he wouldn't drowned in the water or fall off anything he might try to jump up on. So we had to say our last Good Byes to him. I hope he is having fun teasing one of his brothers at the rainbow bridge. He loved to act like he would get the ball 1st. But he new better than to actually take it. His brother Con-Man wasn't one to tease and get away with it. Rest in Peace our Little Trouble Maker. :(
I feel for you. It will get easier after a while. Last Oct. I had to take in one of my kitties. He was 18 yre., 6mo., 18 days. He couldn't' drink or walk either. Take care and remember all the good times.
I always wanted a longhair chi. But we have a short haired rescue chi instead. I really hadn't planned on getting more dogs at all. I don't know if I will be able to be strong and not get any more. The vet bills are just so expensive these days. I have 2 doxies & the chi. :o)
Depends....Are you highly competitive or just working puzzles for relaxation?

I am a highly competitive 56 yo that found a way to do the puzzles fast and am competing more with myself than anyone else. I think the puzzles are fun and time doesn't really matter - HAVE FUN!! When I find the right mystery puzzle (Scenery, buildings...) then I work it out without shortcuts!!
