Wlll be glad to see the end of this year. Thought nothing else could go wrong and was looking forward to watching a DVD then going to bed. Bent down to put the dvd in the player and the old vertigo set in and down I went like a tub of lard. And backwards this time, so at least a bit of variety there haha. Looks like I will lose a fingernail and my left knee screams every time I bend it. Oh well c'est la vie as the French say or is it the Japanese hahah. Hugs to all.
Oh no, sorry to hear this. Hope you recover swiftly. Vertigo is a real pain in the butt. Mine has been acting up a little the last couple days. Fortunately I have been able to avoid falling.

Aussie, I'm so sorry you keep falling. Losing a fingernail sounds plenty painful to me! And I share the knee issue with you daily. I've decided that as long as the calendar still says 2020, we all have targets on our backs! My vertigo has acted up also, and right now I'm in bed trying to recover from a fall that just happened. I was stumbling back to bed, sat too close to the edge, slid off the side, and landed Hard onto the base off the side table. I couldn't get up on my own, so hubby (he can't help either because of his health problems) brought a step ladder for me to pull myself up with. I hurt Everywhere!! I keep moving the heating pad to different areas trying to help the whole body! The positive note on this: I have nothing to do this week, so I can recuperate and rest as long as I want! Always looking for those silver linings! Hugs and prayers for both of us!!

Aussie, Joyce, Karen - I wish I could send you some of my bath salts so you could soak in a hot tub and wash those aches away! Vertigo is no fun - mine was so bad that I was throwing up constantly and could only crawl. Trying to see anything was like looking at a TV with the vertical hold (remember those days? ) flipping constantly. I still have flashbacks when I'm looking out upper story windows or over railings in shopping malls. I hope what you're dealing with isn't that severe! Hugs to you all!
Cinnamon baked apples......I do believe I have been invited to enjoy heaven! Have a lovely peaceful "Boxing Day" and may all your problems be itty bitty ones! Blessings to all!!
