Drove from Reagan airport to Luray VA. Passed lots of fencing like that. Took a pix of another Civil war historical home..the White House (not as in the president's home.)It belonged to a Mennonite minister and was built 1760. I was off hwy 340 heading south from Luray. I am not interested in the historical end of it. The scene was so wonderfully Americana with a cemetary plot along the front of the fence, then a corn field running up to the house and barn and
mountain framing it all.
Can you imagine what this house has seen? Horrors and peace, the whole story. Have a blessed day and may your day have peace and thankfulness for this day and may one day be that of peace all over the world.
mountain framing it all.
Also, good to see some of you people back today.
