I remember a Warner Brothers' cartoon about a squirrel living in a park and there's a push cart loaded with nuts. I don't remember the order of nuts that the squirrel goes through - I think perhaps it starts out by looking at almonds, then when it's about to bite into an almond, it sees a bunch of peanuts - so then the squirrel goes for the peanuts. It's about to bite into a peanut when it sees a stack of larger nuts, then there are walnuts and then Brazil nuts, and finally, it sees a coconut.
The squirrel tries biting the coconut, too tough and too big. The squirrel rolls it off the cart onto the street, hoping that would open the coconut up. Nope. Then I think the squirrel pushes the coconut up to a tree limb and drops it onto the street. that cracks open the coconut and the two haves of the outer husk open and fall off - and the squirrel sees the coconut's shell, which looks like the outer husk without the fibers. The squirrel either faints or runs away and one of the 3 "holes" in the coconut winks at the camera.
Did it again as a mystery
it's been years since I've had a coconut
when I was little papa would get us one and black raisins with seed in them for Christmas
do any of you remember having that kind of raisins?
Did this lonely coconut come in on the tide or maybe someone lost it?
For all who are lonely
for all who have lost they way
May God bless you and give you all that will make life
more satisfying and full.
