Nice cups and saucers. I really prefer mugs, however. The cups and saucers that match my dinnerware are in the back of the cupboard; maybe hauled out for company, but probably not.
Where's Aussie? She is usually first to comment round here. I miss her.

Hi Starrphyre, I did the puzzles, but in a lot of pain, so didn't comment rather than depress everyone. Do appreciate your thoughts. God bless you. I am going to try to see my doctor today - it is a holiday here tomorrow (Australia Day) and he is fully booked for today, but will try to be fitted in. Hugs

Oh dear. Sorry to hear you weren't feeling well. Hope you have good luck with the doc and you get all fixed up! Also hope you are getting a break from the heat.

Oh no, if I am not at work I make a nice pot of tea, and then drink out a proper china cup with saucer. It tastes so much better. My Granddad used to pour his tea into and drink it out of the saucer to cool it down.

My grandfather said tea was meant to be sipped from a china cup! And yes he would pour his tea into the saucer to cool it! Hey are we related by chance??? ha ha ha
