Yes, I'm new & finally got up the courage to start a conversation, CatLady. I used to have 2 cats. My tortoise shell colored girl lived to be 22y/o. I could tell she was finally coming to her end on earth & prayed she wouldn't pass on my husband's birthday. She didn't. But she left the next day!

We have been that a number of time w/out pets...so hard to have them leave us...We have an 18/19 year old Maine Coon (hubby says this will be the last one for us)...but it is kind of day to day w/Crickett he has several problems but vet is he not suffering so let he do what he wants. Not to mention that he rules us or that he is spoiled...What state or country do you live in and a little about yourself if you don't mind.

Morning Cat Lady-I am a retired pharmacist & live in Rhode Island. we are surrounded by water on 3 sides & usually have a beautiful breeze. I so enjoy chatting with w/all of you. Different points of view get my brain going & thinking--we ARE all alike! The way you love Crickettsends me mountains of inspiration. I, too, have a Golden Retriever who is now 22-1/2 y/o named Gentleman Jackand a Tenneesee "spaniel mix" named Maggie the Magnificent.Now that girl is a handful...but she was rescuedby the side of a road in a black litter bag, She loves snow & gets Jack going too! Thanks for the invite & keep in touch...

Good morning aussie. Hope you slept well. Not only is today valentine's day but it also would have been my mother's birthday. She died a year ago next month. Sad time indeed. It is also a day to remember all the love she gave to me while she was here. God bless and keep you in His loving arms.

I didn't realize that felt came in so many colors. My hands started hurting while doing this puzzle because I started thinking how time consuming that would have been cutting out.
