I'd just lick off the icing. I'm not a big fan of pound cake. Now if they were spice cake cupcakes i'd definitely eat all of it.

We'd do well with a box of cupcakes between us then, pixipixel! I only like the cake part, so you can have all of the frosting -- as long as you don't lick it off first, I suppose. wink!

Yup--nothing worse than longing for something you can't have, rahrah. I don't like buttercream icing but I do like all the others. I hope I don't develop diabetes. It runs on both sides of my family. We rarely have cake in the house as my husband has no self-control regarding it so he prefers we don't keep any on hand.

Sometimes I think, well I'm aloud a little bit, if my numbers are good, but then I eat a LOT! It seems like once I get started I just can not stop. I know it's a matter of self-will, but like everyone else, sometimes I lose every bit of that! lol So I try not to purchase things I'm not suppose to have, and I've gotten better than I use to be, but not as good as I should be! lol
