I just read an article recommending that people not get two puppies from the same litter. The theory was that they will not form as close a bond with their human if they have each other. I don't know if that's true; I once had two Irish wolfhounds from the same litter, and never noticed a difference in their closeness to me as compared to a single puppy. TWO Irish Wolfhounds - now that's a lot of dog. They were very sweet and gentle, but maybe not the smartest dogs I've ever had, lol. They never learned their names, for one thing. I would call one of them and they'd look at each other like, "Is that me or you? "
The pup on the left looks like he (looks like a boy to me) is looking for something to get into, while the one on the right (a female? ) isn't sure to follow the other pup's lead.
Wow, two Irish wolfhounds. My, oh my.
