Never saw a labradoodle with such a heavy coat....now goldendoodle is possible but this dog has a very long standard nose so could be 2nd or 3rd generation....heck who knows (smiles)

Yes, nobody knows but his momma I guess! I do love standard poodles though!
You are welcome to mine, they can be ablessing or a curse. Had had straight hair and did not ever wish for curls, with it long, so much could be done. The best of all was just to wash it and go. THEN what got into my hair I do not know, over a couple of months after it had be cut, sat under my wimple nicely, then these curls started to appear and they came in droves and poked out of my cap and will not go away. Whatever hair you have cherish it, it is your crowning glory, a gift from God and he knows best in the end.

I have always had straight hair but gray is now coming in curly. but not tight curls like the pooch, so I kind of like them. :)

At 63 I finally have some gray coming in my hair....natural curls would thrill me. My dad had black hair when he was 87...he had white too but mostly black!
How much is that doggie in the window?? Would have to be a pretty big window lol.

Laughter makes for a deadly weapon, & is all too often used for such today. I prefer innocent, healthy laughter, such as the line about needing a "really big window" for THIS doggy to be in! ;)

How much is that doggie in the window? Probably more than I could afford. ;-)
So many dog species have been created in such a short time. This looks like a cross from a full-sized Poodle and a Golden Retriever. I think a poodle's hair is much curlier than this - the hair on this dog's head isn't curly. It still looks like a dog that needs to go to the groomer quite often.
