Oh my gosh! This picture reminded me of the famous Bacardi Rum Cake! This tried-and-true recipe makes the moistest cake you'll ever eat. It's the one cake I know of that gets better as it ages. Although, most of the time it doesn't last very long. It's also the perfect cake for mailing. The rum acts as the perfect preservative. It freezes beautifully also. Just Google "Recipe for Bacardi Rum Cake" and get info. and hurry up and make one. You will LOVE IT!
Yesterday I baked Cranberry Nut (Zucchini) Muffins. Have to hide veggies b/c nephew won't eat them. But my Muffins.....he gobbles up. I bet I could hide some in the Bundt Cake.
