A friend bought me a basket of eggs yesterday and some duck eggs too
I eat 2 duck eggs for breakfast they were good
first duck eggs I have eat in years
I think I was told it is the breed of chicken. Nutrition wise
none.

Do they taste the same and look the same inside when you break the shell?

Yes! Here they are higher in price, no reason for them to be! The nutritional value is the same, contrary to some beliefs. There feed would have more bearing on that if any.

Thank you for the info. My hubby asked me and I truthfully couldn't answer him, because I didn't know. :)

My hubby was giving me most of the answers, I'm not a chicken lover. My grandmother that lived in a farm aways had me gather the eggs & the hens always chased me!

Tell your hubby I said "Thank You". You made me laugh about the hens chasing you. How funny. :)

When I was a kid my mom had an egg man come to the door. At Eastertime he always had a variety of eggs. Turkey, duck, chicken and pullet eggs. They were all different sizes and fun to dye. I always thought the bigger ones had a stronger taste. But they were worth it just to color them.

nothing like fresh eggs from the farm
when we had chickens we would take the eggs to the store and sell them
none.
