Where is everyone this beautiful Sunday morning? Getting ready for church in a few minutes. have a blessed day. Did you know elephants were thought to bring luck?
An elephant always remembers, but what animal always forgets?
An owl, because ifs always saying "Who? Who? '
Why were the elephants thrown out of the swimming pool? Because they couldn't hold their trunks up
Okay. Baboom!!!!
I ADORE elephants. They are such magnificent creatures. Our local zoo (Portland, OR) recently lost "Packy", their oldest elephant, to TB. He was always so much fun to watch.

I am thankful to God for this approval of the people. But while deeply grateful for this mark of their confidence in me, if I know my heart, my gratitude is free from any taint of personal triumph. I do not impugn the motives of any one opposed to me. It is no pleasure to me to triumph over any one; but I give thanks to the Almighty for this evidence of the people's resolution to stand by free government and the rights of humanity.

Aussie did you get That headache? I ended up in the hospital yesterday. My granddaughter took me to brunch and suddenly words wouldn't come out right. She thought I was having a stroke. Had all kind of tests run, I think it was migraine. That's the way migraines seem to affect me but I haven't had one for years, Hope it's ok now.

Jingles words not coming out right is one of the things that happens to me after I have had a seizure( I have epilepsy). There are several types of seizures and it took the doctors actually catching one to diagnose(spelling ) it. Be safe and I hope you don't have any more spells.

My hubby has 'episodes' where he slurs words and it was determined after much testing that was one of the signs of his MS.

Hi Jingles, the comment was about the elephants clashing head on lol. The only time I have had problems with speech and jumbled words was when I used to have TIA's or mini-strokes. However, what happened to you is serious enough to get a doctor's opinion and as soon as possible. Hope all is OK. Hugs.

Aussie, I hope your headache heals and goes away! I have suffered from headaches most of my life and I keep a bottle pain relievers on me at all times. When I was younger I would get migraines and after I went through menopause they went away. The only migraine I have had since then was December of 2015 before I married my husband! ( I am imagining the jokes on that one! ) I have had a severe migraine like Jingles had in my 30's and was rushed to the hospital. God bless, hugs! and sending prayers your way! :)
