Interesting combination. Wonder if I can create a meal using all those ingredients? I suspect it would be very hard to do so. Surely a contestant on Guy's Grocery Games could do it. Does anyone besides me watch that show?
Cottage cheese pancakes: (as promised)
1 cup creamed cottage cheese 4 eggs 6 T flour
6T melted butter pinch of salt
Using a blender or Little Oscar, blend cottage cheese until smooth, then pour into a bowl.
Beat eggs thoroughly and stir time into the cottage cheese.
When they are completely absorbed, beat in the flour, melted butter and salt.
Drop by the tablespoonful onto a hot greased griddle and cook turning once until both sides are golden brown. Serve with either powered sugar or strawberry jam.
You can double or triple the recipe and it stores well in the frig in a container--I use old "Nescafe" coffee jars.
Enjoy!

When you make it, let me know how you like it. I usually store it for about a week in the frig.

I'm not sure if I will make it. Wanted to see the recipe, what all was in it. Don't think my daughter will be willing to try it. If she is not going to be here for breakfast some time I might try it. Will definitely save it. Sounds much healthier than regular pancakes.

It really isn't hard to make. You can even use a regular mixer is necessary in a deep blow.
Lots of healthy food. Late today since this morning had computer internet trouble and TV trouble. Then also my niece went with me to the vet for my "fat" cat. I can't lift that much weight any more. However, she lost 3 ounces--now weighs 15.30 Have a great "rest of the day".
At first I thought those were carrot slices in that lower right bowl but now I see they're dried apricots. I love those. Too bad the package ones have sufite. It's lunch time and this puzzle made me hungry.
Hope you have a day of tasty food that's good for you.
