It's going to snow here tonight and I still have the fan blowing on me to stop the night sweats! ) Have a blessed Christmas, and all the Peace that brings us.

Sorry to hear your problems. My last divorce the lawyer did all the work. Hadn't heard anything so my new fiancé and I went to courthouse and papers were on judges desk so we waited for him to come out of court, he signed them. Then we went and got our license, went home, preacher, kids and friends came over. We got married, changed our clothes and took the boys to the ballfield for their game. Really! While I was changing Sam and the boys went out and wrote all over his van "Just got married", etc. When the people saw it they were surprised. Thought we were all ready married. One little girl side to me You didn't just get married. You didn't have time to take your wedding dress off and change. So funny. Since it wasn't our first marriages I just wore a white suit. Funnier than that was the next day was Saturday and while we went to work the boys moved my furniture over to Sam's house with all the writing still on the van. They tried to duck down. We wanted it to stay on til the next day so our church friends could see the van.

Nborchardt, thank you. Surgery went great, and with it being out-patient I was home before noon! I have to wear a closed-end sling with straps to keep my arm close to my body 24/7 for a week & then just at night for 4 weeks after that. The surgeon put a third wire in to my left ventricle (already had 2 wires [leads] in my first pacer). Neat thing about the new pacer is that, when it's time for a pacer check, I can hook it up to my computer & send the data file to the doctor rather than going into his office. Feeling tired now; anesthesia has worn off off a lot. Night, night. And thank you for caring.

Glad everything went right. Now on to recovery!

Feel pretty good today. Amazing what a difference there is with my new pacer, lol. Anesthesia will be out of my system in a few more days (my bod doesn't like anesthesia). Super Christmas present!
