You just cracked me up! Mine never looked like this either! I was just thinking that this looks more like a gingerbread cake. It looks thicker and softer than a cookie.
My daughter and I attempted to put together several of these. Never again. we could not get the darn thing to stay together. it was fun though. the daughter has no patience. yikes
