To all the folks who researched a group of goldfish. Glint made me think of a list I made years ago of words that are perfect. They ARE what the word says and means. I can think of a few at the moment.
Delicate. Sharp. Love.
What a great observation, I'm going to look out for those! Your examples are great.
Snip, maybe?
This is not a very formal word, but I find Yuck to be like that, lol!
Wish I could see these sites for myself.....but am terrified to go underwater, as I almost drowned as a young girl. Well I swam to the surface OK, but was angry with my brother for pushing me in.
I wonder what do you call a large group of gold fish? A "school", a "flash of gold fish", a "group of goldies"???....hmmmmm. May all the Puzzlers have a magnificent blessed day!!
You were close with "flash."
You'll love what it is (I looked it up): a glint of goldfish! Isn't that delightful? I hope your day is full of glint and shimmer!

I looked that up. A large group of goldfish is called a 'glint of goldfish.' The other name was a 'troubling of goldfish' but I like the glint better. :)

Busy this morning, forgot to work jigsaw puzzle, now late at night and brain just isn't working all that sharp.
HOWEVER, I sure did enjoy working this beautiful, colorful picture of gold fish and their surroundings. thank you.
