My brother and his wife lived in Fremont and worked in San Jose for most of their lives. They retired to Arizona. WE visited them twice as a family and I went once more alone. SF is an awesome city--so much to do and see.
Went back for a wedding three years ago west of the GGBridge about 45 minutes so went over it. The area in those mountains across the Bay from SF is really lovely.
Hope you are all living in places you enjoy.
My B-day today so I'm optong for the ice cream puzzl from a few days ago.
Don't care for California at all. However have some relatives that live there including my famous nephew--google "Alan Eustace". He flies in once in a while to see us! Also, his sister has 2 grandkids there.
I lived in San Francisco and the East Bay area from 1977-1983. I did not use this bridge very much, as it's on the north side of the peninsula. I enjoyed riding the trolley cars in San Francisco. The Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) electric train was a quick way to get from the East Bay into San Francisco. Lots of memories.
Sometimes I like to sit and think about all the nice memories in my life.
(There were lots of not-so-nice ones too but I don't think about those. They're pushed away in a locked box.)

Your wishes lighten my heart.
