Online jigsaw puzzle of freshly made Gouda cheese on wooden shelves. The orange cheese is made from cow's milk and is aged from a few weeks to seven years.
Did this a few days ago, then did it again today as a mystery puzzle. I think its pretty easy once you figure out the pattern of cheese and shelves. Still took me 3 minutes, but I don't worry about my time so much.
Only old old Gouda can I serve you. I like any cheese from young to mature. I was grown up with Gouda cheese and my sandwiches to school were always with cheese.
I think that the writing may be the weight of the cheese, that is a guess and maybe someone knows better.

I think it's the age as the younger cheeses are creamier while the older ones are harder and saltier. Fyi, the picture shows the process of aging. The white is the younger. The yellow has been put into brine. The older is being aged in the red wax.

I think it also could be the code for when it is made,

Psst...Santa :)
That's what I was basically saying with age! My phrasing was way off on that.
