All you in the path of the storm have my prayers. We don't have those problems here...We are dealing with wild fires and choking smokey skies..We could use some of the rainfall that is plaguing much of the gulf coast...Be safe

Jas6415 where are you at? I am also dealing with the fires and the very heavy smoke. We are surrounded by the fires. We have had weather alerts everyday, I bet you have had them also.We had a touch of rain this morning. Have alerts for thunder storms. I am in central Oregon, just south of Bend. You be safe also, watch the smoke.

Beautiful bird. I've never seen a blue heron before, all of the ones I've seen were grey. I know people with koi ponds dislike them, but if they will serve up a buffet, can they be surprised! LOL

We had a koi pond and, even at 800 gallons, we had an arbor over it both for shade and to keep water birds from seeing the fish.

Yes lovely bird have seen many living here. Ugh! There's a 3rd storm near Mexico named Kalia.
