Not for me! Only have had 1 pair in my lifetime and that was in collage. Usually stuck to 1 or 1 1/2" ones. Now its definately flats! Mostly wear my Reeboks! They are very, very comfortable and the cheapest ones they have--which is fine for me. If they stop making them, I will have to go barefoot. I have about 6 new pairs in my closet and if I go to a Reebok store and they have my size and style, I buy more! Usually it's B2, G1 free.
If you wear very high heels, you will definitely feel pain in your lower back, especially if you're overweight and/or aging. I've found 2 1/2 to 3" heels to be the most comfortable for my daily business wear, especially if they come from Aerosoles.
These shoes look to me like they are straight from the 1940's found in some old gal's attic. It certainly would take a very specific outfit to "go with" these multicolored shoes. Wow!
Would love to have these! I agree, they do look a lot like a 40s style, although I think there would have been a platform on the shoes then - my mother wore something similar when she married and she kept them for decades, along with the lovely blue-trimmed ivory gabardine suit she wore. She looked like a movie star.
Not on me mind you!! Buhuu!!
