My sister has lilacs in front of her deck and they smell so pretty. I am planning on planting a few in memory of my husband. He loved lilacs and red roses. I will be planting them as well.

Yes, I do. I stopped wearing any perfume a long time ago. I might get some light odor lilac perfume. I still have his Old Spice as well as my son Jake's Axe body wash. They remind me of how they smelled and helps keep their memories alive.

It was very popular back in the day. Now it's Axe and other strong scents that I can't stand being around. I love old spice and I used to wear some of my husband's LOL

I like spice-scented perfume. Some of the stuff they have in the stores I wouldn't put on a skunk.
Absolutely beautiful but I almost gave up also Jamp...found it very difficult!! Can't wait for my lilac to bloom, I just love the scent. Looks like the weather will be nice today, at least so far. Our little Amber girl is doing so much better, she wants to play with the other dogs, got another week before she can get out and see them. You all be safe and hunker down. Isn't hunkering down getting boring?? But will continue until it is safe....thank goodness for my stereo, I sure hope the neighbors down the road like Steve Perry, Journey, Bob Seeger, Fleetwood Mac, Elton John, etc.Since we have no neighbors very close I usually have my music loud. Really miss going to rock concerts, can't afford to go anymore. Wish my son could have experienced rock concerts, he loves music like I do. Just too darned expensive to go to them!! Be safe all

Doing alright. Been having some really good days finally. My husband's dad's birthday is tomorrow. It is the first time I will not be sending him a birthday card. But he was also 90-year-olds. unlike his only son who was only64. I am handling it better than I thought I would. Thank you for your concerns nborchardt. This means a lot to me.
