I think all cats when they are young are pretty cute - whether a house cat, lion, or tiger - however, that doesn't mean they'd make a great pet. I do think many cats, if raised from a very young age, can be pretty much tamed. I've seen photos and videos of people who helped, for example, young lions, and when the lion as an adult sees that person, they'll put their front paws on the person's shoulders, which looks terrifying, except the lion will lick the person's face and rest his or her face against the person's head.
