I've only been to New York once (OK, technically twice if you count changing planes at JFK) for a weekend, which is not nearly enough time to see very much of that amazing city. Although I was there for a very brief period of time, I did manage to see the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Museum of Modern Art, the Guggenheim, the Empire State Building (observation area), Chinatown, the Brooklyn Bridge, and the lobby of the Chrysler Building on a Sunday morning. In retrospect, I kind of wish I had seen the World Trade Center - this was in 1987. There was so many, many more things I would have liked to have seen.
My hometown! There is no city like New York City!
When one flies into New York at night, the skyline is still breathtaking! Sometimes the New York City kid in me still comes out! When I least expect it!!!
