Well my doctor confirmed that I am a degenerate lol - at least my spine is and gave me three options. (1) Surgery (2) Cortisone shots into the disks and spine or (3) Pain management. I chose number 3 and he proceeded to tell me that it was ongoing and no cure, to which I replied God can heal it and he said, I don't think God can do it as your spine is in such a mess. What a challenge lol
My thoughts and prayers are with you, Aussie. I know what the constant pain feels like. And how hard it is to imagine living with it on infinitum. Mine is no longer plagueing me. Once a day Move Free, stretches learned from the physical therapist every couple days, short walks, and using the exercycle every few days has helped..
I know God can cure your spine as he has mine. There is hope. I went into have a shot of cortisone February 26, 2018 and one in April. Now I only have pain when the weather changes as season change. Pain management did not help. Keeping active like walking, swimming and some house work. But there there are limits to how much I do. I tire quickly but still find things are not as bad as they use to be. There is constant pain it's just more manageable. Prayers to you hope this is helpful.
