Good morning all. Going to tell you all " Happy Easter " now just in case I miss doing so. I think our weather has finally become Spring at least it seems to have gotten better. Hubbies ribs are on the mend at last and he is feeling a little better. Two days ago hubbie's brother called and wanted to know what it felt like when Ed had his heart attack because he wasn't sure if his arm was hurting from work the day before or if it was a heart attack. We told him to chew up an aspirin and get to the hospital, called us later it was a heart attack. One artery 100% blocked, 2 others 50% blocked. I am so mad at his selfish wife, she would not drive him to hospital and no insurance to cover ambulance, so he ended up driving himself! She wouldn't drive him because they are raising her son's spoiled rotten teenage daughters and she promised to take them shopping. You would think 2 girls in their mid teens could understand the importance of taking someone who maybe having a heart attack to the hospital. Would like to bring him up here to recover, don't trust her to take care of him properly. Sorry for getting on a rant, you all take care and be safe.
This is definitely serious. He could have died on the way to the hospital. This is also incredibly selfish. Imagine, putting a shopping trip over your grandfather's life. So sad. Hope everyone had a Happy Easter

Rant all you want, darambo. That woman is spectacularly selfish herself! My prayers for your BIL. This same thing happened to my brother several years ago and after a quadruple bypass, he is doing fine. All the best!

Akan things like what my SIL make me so very angry, she got this way after she got custody of her granddaughters because her son and the girls mother are drug addicts...WHAT A SURPRISE!! David is doing much better, in fact he just came home. My Dad had a quadruple bypass also. Thanks for the prayers I know they helped, as they always do. Be safe.

Happy Easter to you, aussie! My daughter and her partner are coming over tomorrow, Saturday, for Easter dinner and I am doing Spring cleaning before they come and I think I am slowly losing my mind trying to get everything done! It is worth it and it will be lovely to have a nice ham dinner with them. Hugs!

It was lovely and this Saturday I have my 2 sisters, brother, and the spouses over to our house for a family potluck. This is always a really fun bonding time. Looking forward to it!
