I swear my cat waits until I start a puzzle, and then decides he wants attention...now! No wonder my times are getting longer and longer. Happy Wednesday to all!
I happen to be making a quilted wall hanging for a cat shelter in San Diego. They're having a silent auction to raise money for their efforts. Sounds like you're a cat lover, so I thought I'd mention that. Happy Wednesday to you, too!

Yes, one of my cats will walk right by the screen when I am in the middle of a puzzle, or he will lie down where I need to move the mouse. Have a great day!

Vmarie, that is so very cool and generous of you!!! Animal shelters so desperately need our support. From one cat lover to another, THANK YOU for your support! I've had at least 1 cat in my life for as long as I can remember. Currently 'owned' by 3! lol

I'll be posting a picture of the wall hanging on Face Book and probably Pinterest when it's finished--probably about two weeks yet.

One of my cats loves to come and sit in front of my keyboard. It's Ok when I am doing a puzzle because I don't have to use the keyboard to do it--just my "mouse". However when I have to use the keyboard it gets very difficult and I have to make her get off and go sit in her window.
Today I am enjoying 87F(30C), tomorrow the high is expected to be 36F(2-3C). I am used to varied temperatures at this time of year but this seems extreme.
Is anyone out there having wacky weather?
I just saw on the news there are several areas in the country that dropped 20 degrees in less than a half hour today. It isn't a 50 degree span but the speed of the drop is amazing. So I guess a lot of us are getting nutty weather.
Anything that eats bugs is a friend of mine. I want one of these birds for my garden!
Did 5 hours of gardening the other day, and I'm still feeling it. Cleaned blackberry bushes, planted wildflowers from seed, as well as red beets and chard. Hopefully, all these efforts will bear fruit this summer.
