Nice big bunch of snowmen noses! So now the snowguys have melted and don't need noses, I guess. Life is tough.

I love cooked carrots but I try to eat one of the miniature raw carrots a day for my eyes. It's a chore for me, but I do manage. Not the same taste as cooked.

Recently a friend and I were having dinner at a lovely inn in New England. I couldn't identify one of the vegetables on my plate.
The waitress didn't know what it was and went to ask the chef.
It was purple carrots! My first encounter with purple carrots. I have since found a photo of them on the internet. They were delicious.
Always be prepared for something new!
