You're right about the beauty of the desert. It isn't readily apparent, but it truly grows on you. My father used to say it was awefull, as in filled with awe (that wasn't a misspelling) and I agree.
Love the colors! Taking lots longer as had torn rotter cuff surgery yester day and doing everything left handed. So very thankful God blessed me the ability to use my left hand well but not too fast. Also all went well. Puzzling is helping with the pain to, keeping my mind busy.
Hi there, I hope you are feeling much better now, since it has been over a week since your surgery..Take care and do not rush things...

Thanks, I have heard not to rush things, rotter cuff takes about 2 to 3 months. Still in arm sling have another week to go on that. But I can use my fingers a little. No cleaning, cooking or any work. So lots of sitting. Weather here is going to be really nice over the weekend 70. So will sit out side, I am blessed to live on a lake and lots to look at! The Swan has been nesting so little ones will be coming along soon also the ducks. The Loons are still here but they will leave soon father north. So thankful for these wonderful puzzles to pass the time. I am not a big t.v. watcher.
I am always so amazed at these beautiful paintings -
I am both surprised and pleased when finishing them.
What a wonderful experience to have every afternoon.
Helps me so thankful to have these GOLDEN YEARS.
I never expected to get close to the 80-s and be able to
enjoy them but I believe I'm going to make it this year -
Alzheimer hasn't kept me from enjoying them, THANKS
TO CRAZY 4 JIGSAWS.
Bless your heart, cwsloan. I have dealt with several members of my family with Alzheimers, so I know what you are going through. I'm only 62 and I'm starting to show some early signs of it myself. These jigsaw puzzles are one of my guilty pleasures also! I think it's the best way to keep my brain putting pieces of my life together. Keep on doing what you are doing for as long as you can! You seem to have a great attitude and that will keep you smiling until the Lord decides to take you home! God Bless you!
I agree, really love this one...I have 3 peonies in my side garden and plan to but 3 more in the back yard garden area this year. My grandmother & mother both had peonies in their yards in Ks, and usually there they used them on the graves for Memorial Day, here they bloom earlier, but still love them.
