Enjoyed doing this one, but if there was only these parsnips I afraid this one I could not eat, we used to go and visit a friend in Catterick, whose daughter was training to be a chef at a college up north, yes and we were her guinea pigs, for trying these out, my husband loved them and, yes you have guess right when they went into the kitchen we would give ours to him, funny enough he still likes them, which now he rarely gets.
