Other than two weeks in Birmingham England as a competition skater, and trips to Canada and a half hour across the Mexican border I have only seen the USA. I think my travel days are nearing an end because of my poor digestion.
If I could go abroad I wouldn't choose Greece although it is wonderful for studying culture and has a beautiful seacoast.
Wishing you good health.
I loved Greece - the people, the food, the history, the sights - and wouldn't hesitate to go back at any time. Especially loved the countryside; the people were so friendly and sharing. Don't think it'll ever happen now - too old to live without conveniences!

I do like the Greek food and it seems to agree with me. But I mostly like unusual and majestic or mysterious natural scenery. The long flight also discourages me. One big reason we've never gone to Hawaii.

Becky, I (officially! ) retired at the end of October, although I'm available on a consultant basis if the new owner of my book of business needs me; he has a couple of times and I could solve the problems quite easily. I haven't yet worked out a schedule for my days - you need a little structure in your life - and I'm not on the computer every day like I used to be when working. I'll probably get to that when life slows down. I swear, I'm busier now than I was when working!
