Interesting. This kind of reminds me of when I would buy a set of color pencils and have to sharpen all of the pencils in order to use them - and, I was using a really small portable pencil sharpener instead of the sharpener screwed down on a desk.
Not the easiest puzzle to do. I remember in grade school having a pencil sharpener in my cigar box! Used it many times instead of going to the school pencil sharpener.
When I took my first glance at this one, I thought it was 'another autumn leaves' - teach me to put my glasses on ;)! Did anybody else find this harder than they first thought - it was sooooo random? Still enjoyed doing it though :-)!
Yes, olliebeak, it was much harder than anticipated! Several pieces fit where I really didn't think they would fit!

Me too Olliebeak, and I had my glasses on and everything! It was just for a second. Very clever of them, eh?

Yep, very interesting jigsaw, but somewhat more difficult than I expected. But then I do not usually look at the picture after I begin to play the puzzle.
Harder than I thought, very clever making a jigsaw out of pencil shavings. Well done C4J!!!

Love both quotes! So very true. I hope your problems will be small, also. There is no doubt in my mind that you will overcome them all. God bless and hugs back to you.

Unfortunately I have just found out that my sister will be spending Christmas with her son and his family and baby due on 24. I usually have Christmas day with her - not a good time to be alone. Hugs.

No it's not a good time to be alone. Church friends? Other friends? Shall you and I chat on here all day?
God bless you.

Hi nlb, I have been to friend's houses on Christmas day in the past and always felt like an intruder. I am looking to do some voluntary work at one of the nursing homes where I live. Hugs.

I've done that "intruder" stuff before and agree with you on that. Volunteering will be much better than home alone, by far. And it is the best thing you could do for yourself and for others. Bless you. I admire you so much.
