Ya'll don't judge me, but I have been using paper cups to drink out of. I live alone so see no sense in having to wash a glass. Use a lot of paper plates too!
Hey hockeyfan, It's cold down here again! This cold snap will be a short one. A friend of mine up in Chicago said it was -6 this morning! Awful! Glad I don't live there, couldn't take it. Had enough of the CT winters years ago. Have a great night/day.

Hi tomandray, we COULD get up to 9" snow from Sunday afternoon through Monday evening. Plus ice before the snow. So hoping since March coming in like a lion it will go out like a lamb. Suppose to be near 50 temp tomorrow then back down in single digits. I did get a good nights sleep last night, but not sure how tonight will go. How is your neck feeling? :)

Hi Hockeyfan, I had a rough night, couldn't sleep until 4am, it was so cold, a damp cold. Put on a double layer wool blanket, finally fell asleep. :) Slept till noon! :)) My neck is Much better, thank you. Saw my chiropractor yesterday, snap and crack, snap and crack & snap, snap, snap all the way down my back. Then he loosened one leg and pop, then the other. Now I'm not walking around in circles anymore! :)))) RE: Snow days, good time to do something you've been putting off indoors. I'm no fan of snow/ice/cold. :( To many years up in New England. Keep warm, and have a good evening. :)

Hi tomandray, glad your feeling better. I've cleaned everything in the house, rearranged pictures, even cleaned my silk plants, cleaned closets and drawers, washed windows on inside, cleaned and rearranged all the kitchen cabinets.......I can't think of another thing to do. We have downsized and our place is small. Have got rid of lot of storage things we have. LOL Hubby said my spring cleaning was done. :) Went to store and got puzzle books to work along with my puzzles to do to get thru this storm. We almost left this afternoon to come to FL till this storm passed, but changed our minds. I'm no fan of cold/snow/ice either. FL looking more positive every day. :))))))))

Hi Hockeyfan, Well, you've been busy with all your cleaning! :)) We've got to get going on our garage, before it get hot. :( We have lots of old boxes to go thru, downsizing too. Now, pictures I have to many of. Really don't know what to do with them all. I'm sure the relatives won't want them. :( You almost left for FL? Did you have plans? What changed your mind? (besides the long drive? ) I do see on the weather map that Titan is threatening you and so many other states. Hope it won't last long. Well, have a great day. :)

Hi tomandray, No plans. Was a last minute thought when we saw the weather report. The long drive and fear of road conditions in the mountains changed our minds. Surely this has to be the last major storm we get. I did a project last fall removing all pictures from photo albums, categorizing them and put them in those little colorful bags. Only took two and they are easy to store. Albums are bulky and can be heavy. Hope you have a great day. :))))))
