That looks like a deck that would have been used in the Middle Ages, around 1600. Certainly nothing in use now. Very similar to tarot cards.

I have a few decks of cards that must be at least 70 years old and they look like the ones today.

You sure got that right, vivianK! It is going on 8 and a half mo. now. I received a new magazine that had "Halloween Ideas" in it and another one that had suggested holiday recipes! Pretty soon we can just leave our Christmas trees up year-round. Won't hurt to be a little bit late or a little bit early. Save all the work of putting them up and taking them down. Bah humbug.
