Jas6415 I fix peanut butter like grilled cheese. Put peanut butter on bread, sprinkle with little brown sugar and butter on both sides and grill. We had these growing up and fixed them for my boys and now my boys are fixing them for their grand kids. They are yummy.
Looks so good!
Our former minister kept beehives on the top of the church tower.
One of the staples at the church fair was honey from the tower.
We had "bees in our belfry! "
I like clover honey but not so much thyme honey. It has an odd undercurrent taste. Clearly this is the clover type.
If I didn't see the dauber I might have thought this was tea.
Wishing you a happy solstice. I love summer.
My grandmother always had a dish on her table with a comb of honey in it. My uncle was an apiarist (beekeeper). I still have the dish. It provides fond memories of my grandmother and my uncle.
