2 mugs every morning. Never had any coffee at all until I was about 25 years old. Everyone in my family drank it except me! It's a swedish tradition but not for me until then. In fact, when my sister and I were in Sweden for 2 weeks doing ancestory stuff, I didn't drink any coffee. Didn't like what they had. I'm not addicted to coffee. I can take it or leave it.
What would mornings be without coffee? Many of us would be meandering around like the walking dead. It is all I can do to walk the dog around the block before my coffee. I do not think I will do this in the winter, though. No sense tempting fate.
JamieT thanks for posting the reminder for others. Just had my mamogram, was a ok. Be safe

At one of the churches I served, a lady mentioned that her husband had to go for a PAP smear. I think she meant a mammogram. They discovered that he DID have breast cancer.

Hopefully it was caught in time.

Yes it was. Thank you for asking. It is rare in men, but it still happens.

Have a blessed day.
Don't forget, men can also get breast cancer.
